Packaging & Shipping

All of the loaders, excavators, forklifts and roadrollers etc. are transported by containers.
We will drive the loaders, excavators, forklifts and roadrollers etc. into the containers and fasten them with steel wire rope and chocks. We will protect each part of the above machinery to prevent from any collisions.
Qingdao port is 240km far from our factory, and it's the first choice of loading port for Mountain Raise.
If you want to loading at other ports, please inform the sales before delivery.
If you want to loading by trains, please inform the sales before delivery.

After Sales Service

More than 150 kinds of spare parts are stocked in our warehouse. We can deliver the spare parts as soon as possible once you make a final confirmation.
Loaders for example,the business flow is as follows:
1. Any damage or problem of the loader occours.
2. Confirm the loader model and parts number, and take some multi-angle photos.
3. Contact the sales and send the photos.
4. Confirm the loader whether in guarantee period or not.
5. In guarantee period, the after-sale service team will deliver the parts within 2 days.
6. Out of warranty, confirm the price and delivery time of the parts with the sales.
Remarks: DHL is our first choice for small parts.
Maritime transport is usually for big parts. Once in a while, you need the big parts urgently, we can deliver the parts by air transportation. But the freight charge will be payed by you.
